He is currently the Producing Artistic Director of San Jose Repertory Theatre and the former Artistic Director of New Repertory Theatre in Watertown Massachusetts. He is an Executive Board member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley.
