Biography
Ingvald Johan Ulveseth is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. In 1964 during the third cabinet Gerhardsen he was appointed state secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Labour. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Hordaland in 1965 and was re-elected on one occasion. He had previously served as a deputy representative during the term 1961–1965.
