Clarence Evans Kilburn was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. Kilburn was born in Malone New York. He graduated from Cornell University in 1916. He served in the Twenty-Sixth Infantry First Division during World War I. He was elected to Congress in 1940 to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Wallace E. Pierce and served from February 13 1940 until January 3 1965.
