The Peaceful Air of the West (L'aria serena dell'ovest) 33 years old

Set in Milan in the summer of 1989 against the backdrop of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the film follows four frustrated individuals whose lives intertwine because of the loss of a planner. The title has an ironic streak: despite the apparently everlasting triumph of capitalism, life in the affluent West is far from being a bed of roses.
